Wait, since when have we been against the idea of women making reasonable salaries?

If women can only achieve equality with men with the aid of the goverment, does it follow that women on their own, without the goverment to help, are inferior to men?

He's absolutely right. That's one of the most frustrating things about being a libertarian - things progressives think of as virtuous piss you off to no end. I imagine progressives feel the same way ("The free market will handle it"; "The FREE MARKET! will handle it!").
