So I am informed that Okkervil River tickets for this Sunday are sold out. This is a pretty thin hope, but does anyone know where I can acquire one or two?

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm going to the Philly show on Saturday, and it is going to be great. I saw them last year at the super-small Khyber bar in Philly. They are really something live.
I really like Okkervil River, but from everything I've seen, they might not be that great in person. Seems like his voice might be kind of a car wreck live. Just saying.
