The Bank of England has a handbook on deposit insurance. It is written by someone named Ronald MacDonald. And it is available in Spanish and Russian.

Ah, so that's how we got the so-called 'Big-Mac Index' of PPP. The red-haired clown, in between obligatory restaurant apperances, actually runs in the circles of high finance.

The irony is that the UK doesn't even have deposit insurance.

That's nothing--in 2006 Citigroup published a handbook on subprime mortgages written by the Hamburglar.
