Dr. Manhattan has returned to blogging.
They guy from Watchmen? I thought he went to Mars
Oh thank God! Doctor Manhattan! What did we ever do without Doctor Manhattan?
My thoughts exactly.
In his charisma post he has his facts wrong. The Glass-Steagall act that established deposit insurance was not passed until June, 1933, or some 3 months after the Bank Holiday that ended the 1933 bank runs.
Hey, it is known that Doctor Manhattan only dallied on Mars for a little while, before heading off to galaxies unknown.
More seriously, just reread the Watchmen, and it was even better than I remembered.
Dr. Manhattan (the blogger) is neither a doctor nor does he live in Manhattan, but he's a smart guy and a good writer. Welcome back!
