UK readers can see me talking about American investment in Northern Ireland tomorrow at noon on the BBC. Those who are not located on the green and pleasant isle can apparently stream same starting at 8 am.

Which BBC channel? There are many. Perhaps News24?
The UK consists of one green and pleasant isle and part of another one so you are not being specific enough.
I believe that the BBC broadcasts both places, no?
Well the BBC broadcasts everywhere but it has different broadcasts in different places, and multiple forms of output even in the same place. About a dozen TV channels, hundreds of radio channels, the web... if you could be a bit more specific that would be lovely.

More or less but it depends on the specific news show, channel, and platform (e.g. Sky vs Freeview, antenna, cable). No guarantee that your fans in the Republic of Ireland will see it.
I'm sure you took the opportunity to denounce your hosts' socialistic subjugation of the ratepayers/wage-slaves.

Wow, great! Will look out for that stream!
