Any recommendations for vegan food in Aspen?

Burger King potato chips, no?

Um, yellow snow?

You people can eat that stuff, no?

Only true vegatarian place is book store on Main Street (Explore Bistro). Most places have a veg option.

This is info from my sister who lives there and is almost always a vegatarian.

People in Aspen don't actually eat, except for the gortex in their coats. Yummy yummy gortex.

Nothing at VegGuide.org
Any Thai or Indian places there?

depends if you've got a rental car, but there are places up the road... CALL FIRST. Website is a couple years old...
