Let us now give thanks . . .

Alex Massie captures the true spirit of Thanksgiving.  He spent his last Thanksgiving in the US with my family, and I can testify that he captures it in person, too.

Meanwhile, I am remembering why it's called Black Friday--not because of some retailers' books, but because of what happens to my digestion.

Thanksgiving, thankfully, remains a fairly quiet holiday, despite attempt to "jazz it up." This year was more sober, as the India drama unfolds on the TV. Indeed it would be nice to get Christmas dialed back to a more peaceful, civilized tone.

Nothing abstract about July 4th.

Digestion: Yep, its going to be another long season laden with hidden little fat pills at every turn...

Overshare. Too much wine.

Did...did you just tell us the color of your poop?

Oh, gross! NOOOOOOO!!! I just meant, I overate and I didn't feel so good.

I apologize to the whole world for that ugly misimpression.

Winston?????
Megan shares an innocent moment of over indulgence, and you had to go and interpret it in the most gross manner. How on earth does your mind work?
