Sure, it's right there in the graphic: "...and fell into the hands of people with good political connections but little banking experience."

That one will get you every time, especially if your country has roughly the population size, climate, industrial capacity, and land area of North Dakota.

I think the Hummer should have been a Hummer Limo.
