Resisting temptation to make bawdy comment.
Thx for the warning; I'll have to take the channel block off Kudlow.
I watched the clip online, and remembered why I don't own a television, and why I listen to NPR a lot.
Why must everyone yell all of the time (Megan excluded) on these shows? It's totally obnoxious.
It would be more tolerable (albeit with the volume down a little) if Mr. Kudlow could get out of his own way and just let his guests actually answer the host's (incredibly long and meandering) questions. Or he could just do away with guests and scream questions at the camera for 30 minutes. ...
What you mean like Beck and Olbermann? Never seen Kudlow. Don't own a TV, and was just staying at hotel where I flipped on the TV, watched the channels for about an hour each night and after the 3rd night of doing so I was reminded why I don't have or need a TV. What a waste of time! Commenting on blogs is sooo much more productive...
The purpose for CNBC's existence is to sell advertising ... not elucidate economics.
Once you realize that, you can figure out why they scream. Screaming sells advertising. And that is the be-all and end-all of CNBC's purpose.
It is to make GE stockholders a return on their investment.
That is all.
Pfft. Get on the cable network people actually watch.
All of those TV ranting heads are selling a Sham. Wow.
Kudlow is funny because he NEVER, I mean NEVER, says anything but, "Bull Market! Buy, buy, buy!" I will give him props for criticizing the bailouts by saying today's capitalists, "privatize profits and socialize losses." AMEN!
